Do I require a permit?

A permit may be required for your fence. If you are adding a new fence or structure to your property then the property owner may require a permit, please check with your local authorities. The homeowner or property owner is responsible for obtaining the permit.  

Who is responsible for the Utility and Line Locates?

The homeowner or the property owner is responsible for all utility and line locates. Any applicable line locates must be done prior to the commencement of any digging activity, any costs for an accidental line strike of an unmarked line will be the responsibility of the property owner.

I have an existing fence what do I need to do?

You have the option of removing the fence yourself or you can have Eagle Fence Products dismantle and remove your old fence. Labour, Equipment and disposal fees will apply. Please advise if you would like your fence removed so a proper quote can be provided.
